Subsequent Sunday we’re heading again to Frick Park at Industrial Avenue to keep away from Forbes and Fifth Avenue street closures throughout Pittsburgh’s Nice Race. Don’t miss maps and directions at finish.

We’re certain to see fruits, seeds, goldenrod and bees as we take a look at Nature’s exercise close to the trailhead on our strategy to the boardwalk.
Final Saturday in Frick Park Charity Kheshgi and I noticed Swainson’s thrushes and 6 species of warblers (guidelines right here). The combination of migratory species will change by the point we attain Frick subsequent Sunday however I can promise blue jays and red-bellied woodpeckers. Each have quite a lot of character.

Avoiding Nice Race Street Closures on 29 Sept
The Nice Race will shut Fifth Avenue from Bigelow Blvd to Downtown at 6:30am (nook of Troopers & Sailors and Cathderal of Studying). Forbes and Fifth-at-Bigelow will shut at 8:30am. CLICK HERE FOR THE OFFICIAL RACE and ROAD CLOSURE MAP.
